How much does tile installation cost?
Floor tile typically runs $9–$14 per sq ft in labour, large-format $13–$20, and a tiled shower with KERDI waterproofing $3,800–$6,500. See the full price guide.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Send photos and rough sizes for a price range, then we confirm with a written quote after a site visit.
Are materials included?
Our published prices are for labour. Materials are listed separately on the quote. You can choose your own tile from any showroom.
Showers and waterproofing
What waterproofing do you use?
The Schluter KERDI system on every shower: membrane, sealed seams and corners, and a KERDI drain or linear drain. More about it here.
Can you build a curbless shower?
Often, yes, with a linear drain, depending on the floor structure. We'll confirm after seeing the space.
Do you do plumbing?
No. We tile and waterproof. Plumbing changes are done by a licensed plumber, and we work alongside yours.
Timing
How long does a bathroom take?
A floor can be one to three days. A shower is usually four to seven working days. A full bathroom is typically one to two weeks of tile work.
When can you start?
We're booking GTA projects from January 2027. Spring is the busiest season, so it helps to get in touch early.
Working in your home
Do you work in condos?
Yes. We plan around building rules like elevator bookings, work hours and noise limits.
